We’re going to drum, shake, rattle, and roll as we bridge and strengthen our connection with the elements—and each other—in this powerful and grounding ceremony!
What’s Happening:
We’ll kick things off with a ritual ceremony, setting intentions, and merging through meditation.
We’ll celebrate like our ancestors have done for thousands of years! Enhancing our consciousness with the organic mind altering gift provided to us by nature!
Then, it’s time to disrobe to your personal comfort level and let the magic flow!
What to Bring:
- Your drum, rattle, or any handheld percussion instrument to create the heart-pounding rhythms we’ll all groove to.
- A towel, water, and a snack for yourself—light snacks will also be provided!
